Chicken Macaroni - serves 4 2 tblsp butter 1/2 lb chicken - boneless, skinless 1/4 cup flour 1 can Campbells tomato soup 1 can pineapple pieces 2 cups macaroni 1/2 cup vinegar Melt butter in pan. Roll chicken in flour. Brown chicken in butter (about 10 minutes). Turn or stir often. Add soup and pineapple (including juice). Simmer 1/2 hour. Cook macaroni; drain and put in roast pan. Add vinegar to chicken. Add sauce to chcicken and simmer for 2 miutes. Pour mixture over macaroni. Bake for 1/2 hour at 375 F. Eat.
